1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are subject to the fare rules of the airline and the nature of the booking:
Refundable Tickets: Eligible for partial/full refund as per airline policy.
Non-Refundable Tickets: No refund allowed, except in cases of flight cancellation by the airline.
2. Request Process
To request a refund:
Email us at refunds@birdvoyage.co.uk with your booking ID and reason for cancellation.
Our team will initiate the process and update you within 3–5 business days.
The final refund amount and processing time depend on the airline’s response.
3. Refund Timeline
Once approved by the airline, refunds are typically processed within 7–21 business days.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
4. Cancellation Fees
Airline-specific cancellation charges may apply.
A nominal BirdVoyage service fee may be charged in addition to airline penalties.
5. Denied Refunds
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
No-show without prior cancellation
Incorrect passenger information provided by the user
Missed flights due to delay in reaching the airport
6. Flight Cancellations by Airlines
If your flight is canceled by the airline, you are eligible for a full refund or free rescheduling, depending on the airline’s policy. We will support and process the request accordingly.
